Wpływ katastrof naturalnych na bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne na wybranych przykładach

Praca ta poświęcona jest problemowi wpływu katastrof naturalnych na bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne na przykładzie wybranych kataklizmów. Katastrofy naturalne są nieodłącznym zjawiskiem towarzyszącym człowiekowi. W ostatnim czasie znacznie przybrały one na sile. Za główne czynniki, które mają wpływ na to zjawisko uznaje się globalne ocieplenie oraz rozwijającą się technologię.Celem tej pracy jest przedstawienie wpływu problemu katastrof naturalnych na bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne, sposobów reagowania w sytuacji zagrożenia oraz przyglądnięcie się reakcji społeczności i jednostki. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W rozdziale pierwszym autorka scharakteryzowała pojęcie katastrof naturalnych, Ważnym elementem tego rozdziału jest analiza problemu wpływu globalnego ocieplenia klimatu na występowanie klęsk naturalnych. Rozdział drugi omawia poszczególne rodzaje katastrof naturalnych pod kątem przyczyn, przebiegu i skutków na wybranych przykładach klęsk żywiołowych. W rozdziale trzecim podano definicje bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego. Zostało ono rozbite na trzy części, tj.: bezpieczeństwo organów państwa, jednostka w sytuacji zagrożenia, społeczeństwo w sytuacji zagrożenia. Na końcu tego rozdziału jest poruszony wątek zarządzania kryzysowego w Polsce.Celem niniejszej pracy jest wykazanie wpływu katastrof naturalnych na bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne.

This work is devoted to the problem of the impact of natural disasters on internal security on the example of selected disasters. Natural disasters are an inseparable phenomenon accompanying man. In recent times, much escalation. As the main factors that have an influence on this phenomenon is considered to global warming and developing technology.The purpose of this work is to present the impact of the problem of natural disasters on internal security, how to react in an emergency situation and examines the reaction of the community and the individual. The work consists of three chapters.In the first chapter the author characterizes the meaning of natural disasters, an important element of this chapter is to analyze the problem of the impact of global warming to natural disasters.The second chapter discusses the various types of natural disasters in terms of causes, course and consequences of selected examples of natural disasters.In the third chapter is a definition of internal security. It was split into three parts, .: the security of the heads of the cuntry, the unit in an emergency situation, the public at risk. The end of this chapter it is about crisis management in Poland.The aim of this study is to demonstrate the impact of natural disasters on internal security.
