Development opportunities in Lezajsk town versus cultural tourism

Praca dotyczy wpływu turystyki kulturowej na możliwości rozwojowe Leżajska. Skupiono się głównie na ukazaniu możliwości rozwojowych Leżajska, poprzez coroczny przyjazd Żydów do grobu cadyka. Autorka dokonała krótkiej charakterystyki Leżajska oraz dziejów społeczności żydowskiej, która zamieszkiwała Leżajsk przez kilka wieków. W pracy scharakteryzowano zagospodarowanie turystyczne badanego obszaru oraz omówiono ruch turystyczny na lotnisku w Jasionce, które jest obciążone licznymi pielgrzymkami Żydów w marcu. Praca zawiera również opis wpływu samorządu lokalnego na rozwój turystyki na przykładzie Leżajska i Kandersteg. Autorka opracowując zagadnienia wykorzystała liczne metody badawcze, w tym badania własne.

The aim of the study is to analyze influence cultural tourism over development opportunities in Lezajsk. The main focus was on showing development opportunities Lezajsk by the yearly arrival of Jews to the grave of the religious leader. The authoress done a short characteristic of Lezajsk and the history of the Jewish community that lived in Leżajsk for several centuries. The study presents characteristics tourism development of the study area and discribes the tourist traffic at the airport in Jasionka, which is crowded by a lot of pilgrims of Jews in March. The thesis also includes a description of the influence of local government on the development of tourism on the example Lizhensk and Kandersteg. The authoress developed issues by using many test methods including own researches.
