Staff evaluation process, as human resource management function on the example of the banking sector.

The work includes theoretical and practical information of employee’s appraisal process. The first chapter provides an analysis of terminological concepts related to human resources management. Next chapter includes procedure of evaluation of employees - the concept, the essence, goals, and methods. The following section describes method of research which was obtained, i.e. the survey. The last chapter presents the results of studies conducted in the respondents, regarding to assessment of the evaluation system for employees. Summary contains conclusions obtained from the study and future recommendations.

Praca zawiera informacje teoretyczne oraz praktyczne dotyczące procesu oceniania pracowników. Rozdział pierwszy zawiera analizę terminologiczną pojęć związanych z tematem zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. W kolejnym rozdziale przeczytamy o procesie oceniania pracowników – pojęcie, istota, cele, metody. W następnym rozdziale opisano metodę, jaką uzyskano wyniki badań, czyli ankietę. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiono wyniki badań ankietowych prowadzonych wśród ankietowanych, które dotyczyły oceny systemu oceniania przez pracowników. W podsumowaniu zawarto wnioski wyciągnięte z badań oraz rekomendacje dla przyszłych rozwiązań.
