The system of protective measures in polish criminal law

This master's thesis presents the system of protective measures in polish criminal law, in a shape given by the amendments in 2015 and 2016 year. It analyses the genesis of this institution, its evolution in polish legislation, systematization and axiology of protective measures. It presents also current character of protective measures, their catalogue and terms and conditions of their usage.

Niniejsza praca magisterska przedstawia system środków zabezpieczających w polskim prawie karnym w kształcie nadanym przez nowelizacje z 2015 i 2016 roku. Analizie poddano genezę tej instytucji, jej ewolucję w polskim ustawodawstwie, systematyzację i aksjologię środków zabezpieczających. Przedstawiono również charakter środków zabezpieczających, ich katalog oraz przesłanki orzekania.
