Międzynarodowa ochrona praw człowieka a kryzys uchodźczy

The subject of this work is the issue of human rights and their protection in the international arena. In order to make a precise analysis of attempts have been made to define the specific type of rights and conducted their characteristics. At the beginning of the work we find outline specific events which influenced their existence, the way they used to be understood, and to whom and to what extent vested.Later in the presented organizations for protection of human rights (the UN, the European Council and the EU), and the most important documents that have been issued in this regard. Selected to present in this work that institutions and laws are the most important in the history of human rights protection and without discussion, this work would not exist.At the end there were also discussing the problem of refugees in recent months to flock to Europe from all over the world, mainly from the Middle East and Africa.The phenomenon of refugees is intimately linked to the idea of human rights and their protection, which I tried to convince in this work.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest problematyka praw człowieka i ich ochrony na arenie międzynarodowej. Celem dokonania precyzyjnej analizy podjęte zostały próby zdefiniowania tych szczególnego rodzaju praw, a także przeprowadzono ich charakterystykę. Na początku pracy znajdziemy zarys poszczególnych wydarzeń, które wpływały na ich istnienie, sposób w jaki niegdyś były rozumiane, a także komu i w jakim zakresie przysługiwały. W dalszej części przedstawione zostały organizacje zajmujące się ochroną praw człowieka (ONZ, RE i UE) i najważniejsze dokumenty jakie zostały w tym zakresie wydane. Wybrane do zaprezentowania w niniejszej pracy instytucje i akty prawne są najważniejsze w historii ochrony praw człowieka i bez ich omówienia praca ta nie mogłaby powstać. Na koniec nie zabrakło również omówienia problemu uchodźców, którzy w ostatnich miesiącach tłumnie napływają do Europy ze wszystkich stron świata, przede wszystkim z Bliskiego Wschodu i Afryki.Zjawisko uchodźstwa nieodłącznie wiąże się z ideą praw człowieka i ich ochroną, o czym próbowałam przekonać w niniejszej pracy.
