Evidence and principle of evidentiary proceedings.

Niniejsza praca poświęcona została dowodom i zasadom postępowania dowodowego. W jej ramach wyodrębniono cztery rozdziały. Pierwszy z nich zawiera ogólną charakterystykę postępowania dowodowego. W rozdziale drugim opisuję pojęcie i przedmiot dowodu. Zwracam uwagę na ciężar dowodu oraz postanowienie dowodowe, które są istotne w procedurze administracyjnej. Rozdział trzeci poświęcony jest rodzajom środków dowodowych i ich klasyfikacji. Uwagę poświęcam też podzieleniu dowodów na nazwane i nienazwane. Ostatni rozdział ma na celu przybliżenie ogólnych zasad postępowania dowodowego mających znaczenie przy ustaleniu stanu faktycznego. Zasady te podkreślają jakie istotne wartości i prawa powinien uwzględnić organ podczas prowadzenia postępowania.

This thesis is devoted to the evidence and principle of evidentiary proceedings. It has been structured into four chapters. The first one contains the general characteristics of evidence. In the chapter two I am describing the notion and the subject of evidence. I paying attention to the burden of proof and the provision of evidence that are relevant in the administrative procedure. The third chapter is devoted to the types of evidence and their classification.Devote attention also divided evidence of named and unnamed. The last chapter is to familiarize the general rules of evidence which are relevant to the determination of the facts. These principles emphasize how important values and rights should take into account the athority during the proceedings.
