Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest rozpatrzenie podstaw teoretycznych i praktycznych suwerenności Republiki Białorusi. Aby tego dokonać, należy: przestudiować pojęcie i znaczenie suwerenności, jej formy i cechy; omówić Deklarację o suwerenności państwowej Republiki Białorusi, tryb jej przyjęcia i charakterystykę suwerenności według tego dokumentu; wyciągnąć własne wnioski. Analiza suwerenności i neutralności Republiki Białorusi jako kategorii prawnej, rozpatrzenie problemów związanych z utrzymaniem suwerenności i neutralności w państwie. Autor uzasadnia wybór tematu poprzez to, że on nie jest obojętny do tego, co się dzieje w Republice Białorusi, ponieważ autor jest obywatelem tego państwa.

The aim of this thesis is consideration of theoretical and practical grounds of sovereignty of Republic of Belarus. That to do it, you must: to learn a concept and value of sovereignty, her form and sign; to discuss Declaration about sovereignty of state Republic of Belarus, her order of acceptance and description of sovereignty according to this document; to draw your own conclusions. Analysis of sovereignty and neutrality of Republic of Belarus as a legal category, consideration of the problems related to maintenance of sovereignty and neutrality in the state.
