THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST

The aim of this paper is to systemize knowledge in the field of organizational trust. The author has analyzed development and structure of the concept of trust, described the sources, types, mechanisms of organizational trust and presented current research problems concerning this phenomenon. A significant part of the paper is dedicated to the review of organizational trust measurement instruments. There have been identified some lacks in trust evaluation practices in Poland that allowed the author to identify further research perspectives.

Niniejsza praca ma na celu systematyzację wiedzy w zakresie organizacyjnego zaufania. W jej ramach została przeprowadzona analiza rozwoju i struktury koncepcji zaufania, zostały opisane źródła, typologia, mechanizmy tworzenia zaufania w organizacjach oraz przedstawiono aktualne problemy badawcze związane z tym zagadnieniem. Ważną częścią pracy jest przegląd narzędzi pomiaru poziomu zaufania w organizacjach. Zostały zidentyfikowane pewne braki, jeżeli chodzi o polską praktykę ewaluacji zaufania, co pozwoliło też nakreślić możliwe kierunki dalszych badań.
