CRIME PROBLEMS IN CYBERSPACE

Przedmiotem pracy jest charakterystyka problemów przestępczości w cyberprzestrzeni. Celem pracy jest analiza zjawiska cyberprzestępczości i bezpieczeństwa w Internecie na podstawie badań ankietowych.W pracy wyjaśniono terminologię związaną z omawianym przedmiotem pracy. Opisano klasyfikację i cechy cyberprzestępczości. Następnie scharakteryzowano bezpieczeństwo informacyjne w Polsce i UE w XXI wieku. Przedstawiono obserwowane zagrożenia informatyczne oraz problem hakerstwa i haktywizmu w cyberprzestrzeni. Do badań własnych wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego. Ostatnią część pracy poświęcono wynikom badań ankietowych dotyczących cyberprzestępczości i bezpieczeństwa w Internecie.

The subject of the paper is to characterize the problems of crime in cyberspace. The aim of the study is to analyze the phenomenon of cybercrime and Internet security on the basis of surveys.The study explains the terminology associated with the subject of the present work. Describes the classification and characteristics of cybercrime. Then, characterized safety information in Poland and the EU in the twenty-first century. It presents the observed hazard information and the problem of hacking and haktywizmu in cyberspace. To test their method was used diagnostic survey. The last part of the work was devoted to the results of survey on cybercrime and Internet security.
