W pracy zostało przedstawione środowisko finansowe a dokładnie bank jako instytucja podatna i dająca duże możliwości mobbingu na różnych płaszczyznach.Została przedstawiona problematyka mobbingu oraz czynniki na nie wpływające. Pokazane są prawne podstawy działalności banków w Polsce, proces rekrutacji pracownika, oraz całokształt systemu zawodowego w aspekcie problematyki mobbingu. Badania mają ukazać jak dużym i złożonym zjawiskiem jest mobbing.

The study was presented to the financial community and the exact bank as an institution prone and gives great possibilities of bullying at various levels .It was presented the issue of bullying and the factors affecting them . Shown are the legal grounds for the banks in Poland , the process of recruitment , and the whole system of training in terms of the issue of bullying .Tests have show a large and complex phenomenon is bullying .
