Poprzez przegląd prawa unijnego, koncentruje się na regulacjach Wspólnej Polityki Handlowej oraz stanowi próbę wyjaśnienia roli jaką UE odgrywa w ramach WTO. Praca uwzględnia również wpływ Wspólnej Polityki Handlowej na strukturę handlu zagranicznego poszczególnych państw członkowskich na przykładzie Polski.

The paper walks through the problems regarding the EU's participation in international trade. It focuses on analyzing the regulation of the Common Commercial Policy under EU law and attempts to clarify the role played by the EU in the WTO. The paper also takes Poland as an example to see how Common Commercial Policy impacts on the structure of foreign trade of Member States.
