Trybunał Konstytucyjny jako ,,negatywny prawodawca

This master's thesis aims to describe polish Constitutional Tribunal and his role as ,,negative legislator". It contains the main concepts, goals and problems associated with this issue. First and second chapter affect the history of constitutional judiciary and institution of polish Constitutional Tribunal. Next chapters are about the term of negative legislator and types of judgment given by Constitutional Tribunal. The second part of this master's thesis affect the consequences made by the the judments of Constitutional court. Last chapter is about second important role that was given to the Constitutional Court- watchman of constitution.

Niniejsza praca magisterska ma na celu przedstawienie problematyki związanej z polskim Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym i jego rolą ,, negatywnego prawodawcy''. Wymienione zostały główne koncepcje, cele i problemy towarzyszące temu zagadnieniu. Pierwszy i drugi rozdział dotyczą historii formowania się sądownictwa konstytucyjnego i instytucji samego Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Kolejne rozdziały zawierają wyjaśnienie pojęcia negatywnego prawodawcy oraz rodzaje orzeczeń wydawanych przez Trybunał . Druga część pracy dotyczy skutków jakie wywołują orzeczenia sądu konstytucyjnego. Ostatni rozdział zawiera opis drugiej istotnej roli jaka została powierzona Trybunałowi Konstytucyjnemu, mowa tutaj o strażniku konstytucji.
