Dialogue in the roman

Ce travail présente l'analyse du dialogue romanesque sur des exemples qui viennent des oeuvres choisies. Le texte concerne une courte description du dialogue dans le contexte linguistique, qui serait indispensable pour l'examen des conversations dans la prose, et la caractéristique plus détaillée dans le contexte du roman. Les échanges de mots des héros sont liés avant tout aux traits et aspects des conversations réelles. Dans ce travail, nous retrouverons la comparaison de ces deux types d'énonciations - le dialogue littéraire et dialogue réel. Dans la partie analytique, on présentera les relations entre les répliques des personnages et le narrateur. Le dialogue romanesque n'est pas autonome. Le texte présentera aussi des échanges de mots entre les héros qui devraient faire réfléchir le lecteur sur le niveau de la convention dans l'espace du dialogue romanesque. Ce travail a pour but de montrer les moyens utilisés par les romanciers pour rendre le dialogue littéraire plus semblable aux dialogues quotidiens.

Niniejsza praca przedstawia analizę dialogu powieściowego w oparciu o przykłady pochodzące z wybranych utworów literackich. Tekst zawiera krótki opis dialogu w kontekście językoznawczym, niezbędny do przeprowadzenia dalszych badań w literaturze, oraz bardziej szczegółową charakterystykę w kontekście powieści. Należy pamiętać, że wymiany słów bohaterów książek opierają się na cechach konwersacji przeprowadzanych w życiu realnym. W pracy zostały zatem porównane te dwa typy wypowiedzi - dialog literacki oraz dialog realny. W części analitycznej zostały ukazane przede wszystkim relacje między replikami postaci, które występują w powieści oraz narratorem. Dialog powieściowy nie jest autonomiczny. Tekst przedstawi również nietypowe i ciekawe fragmenty wymian słów między bohaterami, które powinny skłonić czytelnika do refleksji na temat stopnia skonwencjonalizowania dialogu powieściowego. Praca ma za zadanie przedstawić pewne zabiegi stosowane przez powieściopisarzy, w celu zbliżenia dialogu literackiego do dialogów przeprowadzanych w życiu codziennym.

This research presents an analysis of the fictional dialogue based on examples from selected literary works. The text contains a brief description of the dialogue in the context of linguistic, necessary for further studies in the literature, and a more detailed characterization in the context of the novel. The exchange of words of heroes in books is based on the characteristics of conversation carried out in the real life. This work compares this two types of speech - the dialogue on the literature and the dialogue in the real life. In the analytical part, it has been shown the relationship between replicas of the characters that appear in the novel and the narrator. Fictional dialogue is not autonomous. The text will also present unusual and interesting fragments of exchanges of words between the characters, which should encourage the reader to think about the degree of conventions in the world of the fictional dialogues. The aim of this work is to show the resources used by novelists, to make the dialogue in the literature similar to the dialogues carried out in everyday life.
