Satisfaction families of persons residing in the Nursing Home with the services of nursing services.

Wstęp: Tematyką niniejszej pracy jest problematyka satysfakcji rodzin osób przebywających w Domu Pomocy Społecznej. W związku z dynamicznymi zmianami demograficznymi w Polsce, oznaczającymi, iż społeczeństwo polskie starzeje się, instytucja ta jest formą instytucjonalnej pomocy rodzinom w opiece nad swoimi bliskimi w okresie ich starości. Praca ta ma na celu określenie satysfakcji rodzin z usług pielęgniarskich świadczonych w Domu Pomocy Społecznej, a także ich ocenę. Cel badania: Celem pracy badawczej było określenie stopnia satysfakcji a także poznanie subiektywnych opinii na temat placówki, w której badania były przeprowadzane. Metoda badawcza: Badania przeprowadzono używając metody sondażu diagnostycznego, którego narzędziem była ankieta składająca się z pytań otwartych oraz zamkniętych, oraz metryczki. W badaniu brało udział 50 osób, o różnym stopniu pokrewieństwa z pensjonariuszem Domu Pomocy Społecznej.Wyniki i wnioski: W wyniku przeprowadzonego badania, którego wyniki wskazały, iż ankietowani są w pełni zadowoleni z jakości świadczonych usług, tak odpowiedziało 94% respondentów, oraz warunki panujące w placówce pozwalają na poczucie bezpieczeństwa wśród mieszkańców, a personel ma bardzo dobre relacje z mieszkańcami, można wysnuć wniosek, iż oceniany Dom Pomocy Społecznej w pełni realizuje role instytucjonalnej formy pomocy dla rodzin osób starszych. Introduction: The subject of this work is the issue of satisfaction of the families of persons residing in the Nursing Home. In connection with dynamic demographic change in Poland, indicating that Polish society is aging, this institution is a form of institutional support to families in caring for their loved ones during their old age. This work is to determine the satisfaction of families with nursing services provided in the Nursing Home, as well as their evaluation. Aim of the study: The aim of the research was to determine the degree of satisfaction and understanding of subjective opinions on the institution where the research was conducted. Test method: The study was conducted using the method of diagnostic survey, the tool was a questionnaire consisting of open questions and closed, and specifications. The study involved 50 people with varying degrees of kinship with the residents of the Nursing Home.Results and conclusions: The result of the audit, the results of which indicated that respondents are fully satisfied with the quality of services provided, so answered 94% of the respondents, and the prevailing conditions in the facility allow for a sense of security among the residents and the staff has a very good relationship with the locals it can be concluded that the vote Welfare House fully implements the roles of institutional forms of assistance to the families of the elderly.Keywords: nursing home, family, health, satisfaction, nursing services.
