The reign of Murat II in the light of Aşık Paşazade’s chronicle

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest panowanie sułtana Murata II (1421-1451) według relacji Aşıka Paşazade. Pierwszy rozdział opisuje rozwój państwa osmańskiego do 1421 r. Drugi dotyczy życia Aşıka Paşazade i jego kroniki. Trzeci przedstawia panowanie Murata II do roku 1430. Czwarty opisuje panowanie sułtana od 1430 do 1440 r. Ostatni rozdział prezentuje ostatnie lata panowania Murata II.

The subject of this thesis is reign of sultan Murat II (1421-1451) according to the Aşık Paşazade’s account. The first chapter describes development of Ottoman Empire until 1421. The second is about life of Aşık Paşazade and his chronicle. The third presents reign of Murat II until 1430. The fourth describes reign of sultan since 1430 until 1440.The last chapter is presents the last year of the reign of Murat II.
