The impact of institutional arrangements on the economic situation of women in Poland and Netherlands

Niniejsza praca dotyczy wpływu rozwiązań systemowych na sytuację kobiet. Ukazuje zależność pomiędzy systemem pracy i oświaty a decyzjami kobiet o macierzyństwie.Praca została podzielona na dwie części: teoretyczną i badawczą. W pierwszym rozdziale zaprezentowano miejsce kobiety w społeczeństwie, w drugim- historię feminizmu w Polsce i Holandii. Trzeci zawiera przepisy prawa. W rozdziale czwartym kolejno ujęto: opis badania, weryfikacja hipotez i wnioski.

This concerns the impact of system solutions to the situation of women and presents the relationship between the work and education system and women’s decisions about motherhood.The thesis was divided on two parts: theoretical and research. The first chapter presents a woman's place in society, the second is the history of feminism in Poland and the Netherlands. The third contains the provisions of the law. In the fourth chapter in sequence included: description of research, verification of hypotheses and conclusions.
