The Effects of Innovation in the Commune Office as an Example of Electronic Public Administration Service Platform

Niniejsza praca koncentruje się na efektach innowacji w Urzędach Gminy na przykładzie elektronicznej platformy usług administracji publicznych. Teoria przybliżona w rozdziale pierwszym ukazuje specyfikę innowacji oraz procesu innowacyjnego. Przedstawia e-usługi w sektorze publicznym, wskazując na początki Informatyzacji Administracji Pubicznej w Polsce. W rozdziale drugim przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące zadowolenia pracowników Urzędu Gminy z funkcjonowania platformy e-PUAP. W rozdziale trzecim wskazano kierunki doskonalenia funkcjonowania platformy e-PUAP, dokonano oceny procesu wdrażania platformy oraz przedstawiono rekomendacje dla Urzędu Gminy w zakresie funkcjonowania platformy e-PUAP.

This work focuses on innovation in the Commune Office as an example of electronic public administration service platform. The theory of approximation in chapter one shows the character of innovation and the innovation process. It introduces e-services in the public sector, pointing to the beginnings of Public Administration of Pubic Administration in Poland. The second chapter presents the results of research on the satisfaction of the employees of the Commune Office on the functioning of the e-PUAP platform. The third chapter shows the directions for improving the functioning of the e-PUAP platform, an assessment of the implementation of the platform, and recommendations for the Commune Office regarding the functioning of the e-PUAP platform.
