Regional policy in the Opole Voivodship 2007-2013

Celem pracy „Polityka regionalna w województwie opolskim w latach 2007-2013” jest przedstawienie w jaki sposób działa polityka regionalna realizowana przez Unię Europejską, władze krajowe i samorządowe oraz w jaki sposób została ona ukształtowana. Zawiera ona analizę realizacji Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego dla województwa Opolskiego, z uwzględnieniem procesu jego przygotowania oraz szczegółowym przedstawieniem jego budowy. Dzięki wykorzystanej metodzie opisowej, analizie treści dokumentów i danych statystycznych udało się przedstawić jak realizacja polityki regionalnej w poprzedniej perspektywie finansowej płynęła na lokalną społeczność z uwzględnieniem napotkanych problemów. W pracy przedstawiono też nowy Program Regionalny, dzięki któremu można wskazać jaki sposób zmienia się polityka w regionie oraz jak działa monitoring i ewolucja RPO.

The aim of the work "Regional Policy in the Opole Voivodship 2007-2013" is to present how the regional policy is implemented by the European Union, national and local authorities and how it was formed. It contains an analysis of the implementation of the Regional Operational Program for the Opole Voivodship, taking into consideration the process of its preparation and detailed presentation of its construction. Using the descriptive method, the analysis of the content of documents and statistical data, it was possible to present how the implementation of regional policy in the previous financial perspective flowed to the local community, taking into account the problems encountered. The paper also presents a new Regional Program, which can indicate how the policy is changing in the region and how monitoring and evolution of the ROP is carried out.
