ROLA WOJSKA W SYSTEMIE ZARZĄDZANIA KRYZYSOWEGO RP

The thesis will be devoted to the role with which the Polish army is occupying you in the system of our crisis management, how is coming for carrying one's duties out towards citizens. In the first chapter they focussed on the legal aspect, on the power of which all indeciso and action, moreover shown staying are being made the organizational structure of the crisis management and the cooperation among the army and the civilian sector. In another partition examples of the unusual use of armies were presented in frames of the crisis or exceptions, as well as preparations were portrayed to such situations, considering different possible scenarios and solutions taken towards them. They stayed in the last chapter subjected to the assessment of effectiveness of the action of our army in fulfilling one's duties in the form of analyses, reports and other materials made available from the entities, interested in this subject matter, and motions drawn from them for benefits also stayed coming from taken action in the given contingency.

Praca licencjacka będzie poświęcona roli jaką wojsko polskie zajmuje w systemie zarządzania kryzysowego naszego państwa, jak podchodzi do wykonywania swoich powinności względem obywateli. W pierwszym rozdziale skupiono się na aspekcie prawnym, na mocy którego podejmowane są wszystkie decyzje i działania, a ponadto pokazane zostanie struktura organizacyjna zarządzania kryzysowego i współpraca pomiędzy armią a sektorem cywilnym. W kolejnym rozdziale przedstawiono przykłady niecodziennego użycia wojsk w ramach kryzysu bądź sytuacji wyjątkowych, a także ukazano przygotowania do takich sytuacji, biorąc pod uwagę różne możliwe scenariusze i podjęte wobec nich rozwiązania. W ostatnim rozdziale zostały one poddane ocenie skuteczności działań naszej armii w wypełnianiu swoich obowiązków w postaci analiz, raportów i innych udostępnionych materiałów od podmiotów, zainteresowanych tą tematyką, a także zostały wciągnięte z nich wnioski o korzyści płynących z podjętych działań w danej sytuacji kryzysowej.
