Motivation and satisfaction from work on the example of employees of the Marshals Office in Cracow

This paper presents a research problem regarding factors of motivation and job satisfaction. The research was conducted in the Marshal's Office in Cracow using the author's questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed by t-Student and χ² statistical tests in two criterion groups. The results confirm that respondents with a tendency to change jobs are less satisfied with different aspects of the motivational system, unlike those who declare their willingness to remain in the organization.

Niniejsza praca przestawia problem badawczy dotyczący determinant motywacji i satysfakcji z pracy. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w Urzędzie Marszałkowskim w Krakowie przy użyciu autorskiej ankiety. Dokonano analizy wyników badań za pomocą testów statystycznych t-Student oraz χ² w dwóch grupach kryterialnych. Uzyskane rezultaty potwierdzają, iż respondenci z tendencją do zmiany miejsca zatrudnienia są mniej zadowoleni z różnych aspektów systemu motywacji, w odróżnieniu od osób deklarujących chęć pozostania w organizacji.
