„Czarne Protesty” — wydarzenia protestacyjne w narracjach uczestniczących

The following paper is a study of the protest events following Polish government's attempt to tighten the regulations concerning anti-abortion bill in 2016 Poland. I showcase the genesis and characterize „Czarne Protesty” („Black Protests”), that emerged in opposition to the bill, using new social movements therory. I also discuss the current state of academic knowledge concerning new social movements theory, with special focus on the individual and collective identity that forms in the process of participating in sociopolitcial events. Theoretical part of this paper has been collated with the results of field research, namely the invterviews conducted with the participants of „Black Protests”.

Niniejsza praca jest próbą zrozumienia wydarzeń protestacyjnych skierowanych przeciw próbie zaostrzenia ustawy antyaborcyjnej w Polsce, 2016 roku. Podejmuje się w niej problemy genezy „Czarnych Protestów” i charakteryzuje tenże ruch przy wykorzystaniu teorii nowych ruchów społecznych. Omawia się również stan wiedzy dotyczący nowych ruchów społecznych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kształtującej się ramach ich działania tożsamości, tak indywidualnej, jak zbiorowej. Część teoretyczna została zestawiona z wynikami badań przeprowadzonych wśród uczestników i uczestniczek protestów.
