Instytucja świadka koronnego (analiza zagadnień prawnomaterialnych i procesowych)

The purpose of this master’s thesis was to depict substantive and procedural aspects of the institution of the crown witness in polish legal system. The work aims to discuss theoretical as well as practical aspects related to the institution of the crown witness, and also comparison between regulations contained in the Crown Witness Act and regulations from art. 60 § 3 and 61 of the Penal Code.

Cel niniejszej pracy stanowi analiza materialnych oraz procesowych zagadnień związanych z instytucją świadka koronnego w polskim porządku prawnym. W pracy przedstawione zostały zarówno teoretyczne, jak i praktyczne aspekty związane z instytucją świadka koronnego, a także porównanie regulacji zawartych w Ustawie o świadku koronnym do instytucji z art. 60 § 3 k.k.
