Special regulation of the Warsaw municipality

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie szczególnej regulacji gminy warszawskiej oraz jej ustroju. Praca zawiera opis historii kształtowania się ustroju administracyjnego miasta stołecznego Warszawy. Część rozważań poświęcona jest porównaniu gminy warszawskiej z innymi gminami w Polsce. Ponadto praca koncentruje się na przedstawieniu szczególnej roli jaką pełnią jednostki pomocnicze w Warszawie.

The subject of the work is to present the special regulation of the Warsaw municipality and its system. The work consists of the description of the history of the administrative system of the capital city of Warsaw. A part of the deliberation is devoted to comparison the Warsaw municipality with other municipalities in Poland. What is more, this work concentrates on the special role played by the auxiliary units in Warsaw.
