The Influence of Electoral Systems on Voters and repatriation of Seats

The aim of this paper is to compare different types of electoral systems and indicate their advantages and disadvantages. Additionally, it presents the changes introduced in 2011 by the Electoral Code and influence of these changes on political system.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest próba porównania obu systemów wyborczych, która ma ukazać wady i zalety w nich występujące. Przedstawiono zmiany wprowadzone przez kodeks wyborczy w 2011 roku oraz przedstawiono ich wpływ na system polityczny.
