Unemployment as a socio-economic problem on the example of the city of Żywiec

This master thesis concerns the issue of unemployment as a socio-economic problem on the example of the city of Żywiec. The topic was chosen because unemployment is a current problem. The subject of this master thesis is the analysis and presentation of the unemployment problem on the example of the city of Żywiec. The research goal of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of seeking employment by unemployed people on the example of the Żywiec commune. Answers to the research questions were obtained using the questionnaire method. The research was carried out using the concept of triangulation of methods.

Niniejsza praca magisterska dotyczy zjawiska bezrobocia jako problemu społeczno- ekonomicznego na przykładzie miasta Żywiec. Temat wybrano z uwagi na aktualność problemu bezrobocia. Przedmiotem pracy jest analiza i przedstawienie problematyki bezrobocia na przykładzie miasta Żywiec. Celem badawczym pracy jest analiza skuteczności poszukiwania zatrudnienia przez osoby bezrobotne na przykładzie gminy Żywiec. Odpowiedzi na postawione pytania badawcze zostały uzyskane przy wykorzystaniu metody ankietowej. Badania prowadzono przy wykorzystaniu koncepcji triangulacji metod.
