Effectiveness of integration activities in a public organization

The concept of effectiveness accompanies many people in life and in various cases. Below, the study answers the question whether the integration activities carried out are effective, the goal that was set up for integration activities has been achieved. The answer to this question was presented on the basis of a case study at the Social Welfare Center by conducting surveys and unclassified interviews. The research work is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter defines what is the human resources management in the organization. It also analyzes the definitions of integration processes and activities, while the second chapter explains the concept of effectiveness and the methods by which we can test effectiveness. The third chapter presents the results of surveys and interviews. The fourth chapter is the place where various conclusions appeared regarding the effectiveness of the integration processes carried out and the impact of integration processes and the place where the recommendations for future researchers taking actions related to widening the subject of the effectiveness of integration activities were created.

Pojęcie skuteczności towarzyszy wielu osobom w życiu i w różnych przypadkach. Poniżej opracowanie odpowiada na pytanie czy prowadzone działania integracyjne są skuteczne, czyli cel, który został założony dla działań integracyjnych został osiągnięty. Odpowiedź na to pytania została przedstawiona na podstawie studium przypadku w Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej poprzez przeprowadzanie ankiet oraz nieskategoryzowanych wywiadów. Praca badawcza podzielona jest na 4 rozdziały. Rozdział pierwszy definiuje czym jest zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi w organizacji. Analizuje również definicje procesów i działań integracyjnych natomiast rozdział drugi jest wyjaśnieniem pojęcia skuteczności oraz metod, którymi możemy zbadać skuteczność. Rozdział trzeci przedstawia wyniki z przeprowadzonych ankiet i wywiadów. Rozdział czwarty jest miejsce, gdzie pojawiły się różne wnioski dotyczące skuteczności przeprowadzonych procesów integracyjnych i tego jaki wpływ mają procesy integracyjne oraz miejscem, w którym powstały rekomendacje dla przyszłych badaczy podejmujących działania związane z poszerzeniem tematyki skuteczności działań integracyjnych.
