Academic Business Incubator as a form of building academic entrepreneurship based on an example of students and alumni of Jagiellonian University

Nowadays academic entrepreneurship is a necessary element of college activity.The aim of the work was to investigate whether students and alumni perceive themselves as an entrepreneuliar individuals, know about existing forms of academic entrepreneurship and whether do they intend to make use of one of them, that is Academic Business Incubator of Jagiellonian University. Conducted research allowed to verify the accuracy of hypotheses.Basic terms in the work were characterised with use of subject literature.

Współcześnie przedsiębiorczość akademicka stanowi niezbędny element działalności uczelni wyższych.Celem pracy było zbadanie, czy studenci i absolwenci postrzegają siebie jako jednostki przedsiębiorcze, znają istniejące formy przedsiębiorczości akademickiej, a także czy zamierzają korzystać z oferty jednej z nich, czyli Akademickiego Inkubatora Przedsiębiorczości Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły zweryfikować trafność postawionych hipotez. Podstawowe pojęcia zawarte w pracy scharakteryzowano, wykorzystując literaturę przedmiotu.
