PLANOWANIE KARIERY ZAWODOWEJ UCZNIÓW ZASTOSOWANIE TEORII J. HOLLANDA

Celem prezentowanej pracy jest określenie, jaką rolę odgrywa planowanie karier zawodowych w grupie uczniów z klasy o profilu kształcenia fryzjer damski i fryzjer męski. Badania przeprowadzono metodą ankietową oraz za pomocą Zestawu do Samobadania, polskiej adaptacji kwestionariusza Johna Hollanda. Wyniki badań wykazały, iż badana grupa nie jest spójna pod względem przejawianych preferencji zawodowych. W przypadku większości uczniów, cechy osobowości zawodowej są w przeciętnym stopniu zgodne z wybranym profilem kształcenia, a ich ścieżka kariery zawodowej nie jest jeszcze do końca sprecyzowana.

The purpose of the presented work is to determine the role of professional career planning in the group of students in the training class of women's hairdresser and hairdresser. The research was conducted using the questionnaire and using the Self-Study Kit, the Polish adaptation of the John Holland questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the study group was not coherent in terms of professional preferences. For most students, the traits of an occupational personality are to an average extent consistent with the selected education profile, and their career path is not yet fully specified.
