Motywy wyboru zawodu nauczyciela edukacji wczesnoszkolnej

Niniejsza praca skupia się na osobie nauczyciela edukacji wczesnoszkolnej. Głównym celem było poznanie motywów wyboru zawodu. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich o charakterze teoretycznym przybliża problematykę wyboru zawodu nauczycielskiego w świetle literatury. W oparciu o literaturę pedeutologiczną traktującą o osobie nauczyciela przybliżona została jego sylwetka, cechy osobowe i ewolucja samego pojęcia 'nauczyciel' na przestrzeni lat. Dalsze rozważania teoretyczne oparte zostały o charakterystykę czynników mogących wpływać na wybór profesji nauczycielskiej. Za niezwykle istotne uznałam przegląd teorii motywacyjnych, które pozostają w ścisłym powiązaniu z motywami wyboru zawodu. Kolejno skupiłam się na rozważaniach dotyczących kondycji emocjonalnej nauczyciela, a co za tym idzie - jego stanem psychicznym. Ważnym zaakcentowania i rozwinięcia był wątek nauczycielskiego prestiżu, o którym to niekoniecznie w dzisiejszych czasach można mówić pozytywnie. Rozdział pierwszy zakończony został przybliżeniem kwestii bezradności nauczyciela. Praca ma charakter badawczy zatem drugi rozdział poświęcony został jej metodologicznym aspektom. Jak zostało zaznaczone wcześniej głównym celem pracy uczyniłam - motywy wyboru zawodu nauczyciela edukacji wczesnoszkolnej. Metodą, którą posługiwałam się podczas prowadzenia badań była metoda sondażu diagnostycznego. Dobrałam do tego technikę badawcza jaką była ankieta. Z kolei narzędziem badawczym uczyniłam kwestionariusz ankiety. Analiza wyników badań pojawiła się w rozdziale trzecim. Próba badawcza dobrana w sposób celowy liczyła dziewięćdziesięciu nauczycieli z obszaru edukacji wczesnoszkolnej. Dzięki odpowiedziom na pytania znajdujące się w kwestionariuszu ankiety mogłam dokonać rzeczowej i konkretnej analizy wyników oraz wyprowadzić konkluzję zawartą w zakończeniu pracy.

The discussions in this paper make reference to the person of the teacher of early school education. The main purpose was to get to know the motives for choosing the profession of teacher. The paper consists of three chapters. The first one is of a theoretical nature and brings up the issue of choosing the teaching profession in the light of literature. Based on the pedeutological literature on the person of the teacher, their profile, personal characteristics and the evolution of the concept of 'teacher' over the years have been presented. Further theoretical considerations were based on the characteristics of the factors that could influence the choice of the teaching profession. I deemed it very important to review the motivational theories, which are closely linked to the motives for choosing a profession. I had focused on the reflections on the emotional condition of the teacher, and consequently their mental state. It was important to stress and develop the subject of a teacher’s prestige, which is not necessarily positively present these days. The first chapter concludes with the subject of helplessness of the teacher. The paper is of a research nature, so the second chapter is devoted to methodological aspects. As was pointed out earlier, the main focus of my paper were the motives for choosing the profession of teacher of early school education. The method I used during research was the diagnostic survey method. The technique I had chosen for this research was survey. The research tool I had chosen was the survey questionnaire. The analysis of the results of the study may be found in chapter three. The research sample targeted was ninety teachers working in the sector of early school education. As a result of the answers to the questions in the survey questionnaire, I was able to perform a factual and specific analysis of the results and to draw a conclusion that may be found at the end of this paper.
