Problem elastyczności korporacji transnarodowych

The theme of the paper is the issue of the flexibility of transnational corporations. Its purpose is to answer the questions: what is the flexibility, what affects it, and what actions can be taken by transnational corporations to increase it. Based on the literature of the subject and the analysis of the example it was stated that the organization’s flexibility is supported by the implementation of lean practices that contribute to greater agility which is closely linked to the flexibility.

Niniejsza praca podejmuje problematykę elastyczności korporacji transnarodowych. Jej celem jest odpowiedź na pytania czym jest elastyczność, co na nią wpływa oraz jakie działania mogą być podejmowane przez korporacje transnarodowe w celu jej zwiększenia. Na podstawie literatury przedmiotu oraz analizy przykładu stwierdzono, że elastyczność organizacji wspierana jest poprzez wprowadzenie praktyk szczupłych przyczyniających się do większej zwinności, która pozostaje w ścisłym związku z elastycznością.
