Zarządzanie instytucją kultury z perspektywy dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych na przykładzie MOCAK-u

Celem pracy jest zrozumienie procesów zarządzania instytucją kultury w kontekście tworzenia warunków umożliwiających osobom niepełnosprawnym komfortowy odbiór sztuki. Terenem badań będzie Muzeum Sztuki Współczesnej MOCAK znajdujące się przy ulicy Lipowej 4 w Krakowie. Główny problem badawczy sformułowany został w formie następującego pytania: czy – a jeśli tak, to jakie – procesy zarządzania w instytucji kultury w opinii respondentów umożliwiają poszerzanie pola dostępności sztuki dla grupy osób niepełnosprawnych? W badaniach wykorzystana została metodologia jakościowa oparta na technice obserwacji, wywiadu oraz analizy zasobów internetowych. Praca opiera się na paradygmacie interpretatywnym badań związanym ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na człowieka jako głównego aktora organizacji – i dlatego wpisuje się w zakres zarządzania humanistycznego.

The purpose of the diploma paper is the understanding of the processes of the cultural institutions’ management in the context of creating appropriate conditions for disabled people to have comfortable art reception.The area of research is the Museum of Contemporary Art – MOCAK situated in 4 Lipowa Street in Cracow. The main research problem was formed in the following question: Are there any management processes in the cultural institutions that extend accessibility in the art reception for the group of the disabled people from the point of view of the recipients? And if so, what are they? The quality methodology was used in the research by the means of the following techniques: the observation, the interview and the analysis of the internet data. The diploma paper is based on the interpretive paradigm having in the centre the person as a main actor of the organization and therefore it fits squarely into the field of humanistic management.
