The subject of this thesis is the development of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea during the reign of their first presidents, Kim Il Sung and Syngman Rhee. This thesis represents the process of establishing two Korean states, the creation of their political systems, ideologies and the situation of the Korean nation in the face of the changes which took place after the end of the Japanese occupation.
Tematem niniejszej pracy jest proces powstawania oraz rozwoju Koreańskiej Republiki Ludowo-Demokratycznej oraz Republiki Korei w latach panowania ich pierwszych prezydentów, Kim Ir Sena oraz Syngmana Rhee. Niniejsza praca przedstawia proces formowania się dwóch państw koreańskich, uformowaniu różnych systemów politycznych, ideologii oraz sytuację narodu koreańskiego w obliczu zmian zachodzących po zakończeniu okresu okupacji japońskiej.
