The role of stakeholders in the company and in the non-governmental organization

Identyfikacja interesariuszy oraz zrozumienie ich wpływu na organizację pomagaw efektywnym zarządzaniu. Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza porównawcza dwóch organizacji: Spółki Akcyjnej Grupa Azoty oraz organizacji non-profit Rak’n’Rollw zakresie grup interesariuszy znajdujących się w otoczeniu tych podmiotów i podejścia do zarządzania nimi. Część teoretyczna pracy przedstawia sposoby identyfikowania interesariuszy, a także ich oczekiwania względem organizacji. W rozdziałach analitycznych zaprezentowano działalność obu organizacji, dokonano identyfikacji ich interesariuszy, wyszczególniono grupy interesariuszy strategicznych oraz sposoby realizacji ich oczekiwań.

The main objective of this study is a comparative analysis of the two organizations: Azoty Group Joint Stock Company and non-profit organization Rak'n'Roll in terms of cooperation and relations with different stakeholders. The theoretical section of this thesis outlines ways of identifying stakeholders and their expectations towards the organization. The analytical chapters focus on the activities of both organizations, including identification of their stakeholders, with a special emphasis on their strategic stakeholder groups and forms of fulfilling their expectations.
