Tematem pracy jest szczegółowe i syntetyczne omówienie odpowiedzialności podmiotów zbiorowych za czyny zagrożone pod groźbą kary w Polsce. W pierwszej kolejności omówiono odpowiedzialność podmiotów grupowych w Polsce w ujęciu historycznym. Następnie scharakteryzowano modele odpowiedzialności w innych krajach europejskich – Niemczech, Francji i Holandii. W pracy omówiono również warunki odpowiedzialności podmiotów zbiorowych, katalog przestępstw i sankcji zawarty w ustawie. Osobny rozdział poświęcono na analizę kwestii proceduralnych. Praca zawiera także ocenę planowanych zmian legislacyjnych.

The subject matter of this essay is a discussion about liability towards collective entities for action threatened by the threat of punishment. The starting point is to show historical view of liability towards collective entities in Poland. In the following part of essay, law regulations introduced in Germany, France and Netherlands and associated with the issue of essay are discussed as well.The essay discusses terms of liability towards collective entitles, types of crimes and sanctions included in act. A separate chapter is dedicated to analyze proceedings. The essay also includes opinions about planned changes in law.
