Assessment of the functioning and improvement of the Public Information Bulletin as the tool for managing public information in the Marshals Office of the Małopolska

The thesis is "Assessment of the functioning and improvement of the Public InformationBulletin as the tool for managing public information in the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska" Thework was divided into three chapters. The first chapter consists of theoretical content concerninglocal government, Marshal's Office, public information, public information management and thecontent describing the Public Information Bulletin. The second chapter contains information aboutthe Malopolska Marshal's Office and how the Office uses the Public Information Bulletin inproviding own public information preceded by an analysis using the WAES method. The thirdchapter is devoted to barriers to the using and factors supporting the Bulletin, and also containsideas for improving the BIP of the Malopolska Marshal's Office.

Tematem pracy licencjackiej jest „Ocena funkcjonowania i doskonalenia BiuletynuInformacji Publicznej jako narzędzia zarządzania informacją publiczną w UrzędzieMarszałkowskim województwa Małopolskiego”. Praca została podzielona na trzy rozdziały.Pierwszy rozdział składa się z treści teoretycznych dotyczących samorządu terytorialnego, UrzęduMarszałkowskiego, informacji publicznej, zarządzania informacją publiczną oraz z treściopisujących Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej. Drugi rozdział zawiera informacje odnośnieMałopolskiego Urzędu Marszałkowskiego oraz w jaki sposób Urząd wykorzystuje BIP wudostępnianiu swojej informacji publicznej poprzedzony analizą przy pomocy metody WAES.Trzeci rozdział poświęcony jest barierom w wykorzystywaniu oraz czynnikom wspierającymBiuletynu, a także zawiera pomysły na udoskonalenie BIPu Małopolskiego UrzęduMarszałkowskiego.
