Kobiety - żołnierze w Siłach Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej po 1989 roku

The thesis explores the issues concerning the role and situation of women - soldiers in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland after 1989. The dissertation begins with the presentation of the genesis and institutional and legal solutions to the professional military service of women in Poland. The first chapter focuses on the historical conditions and the current participation of women in professional military service. The second chapter describes the legal and sociological aspects, primarily concerning the motivation of the candidates and the image of women - soldiers in society. The third chapter analyzes the issues arising from the presence of women - soldiers in individual military structures, stabilization and peace missions on the international arena and Polish military universities. The fourth and the last chapter describes the challenges and problems of women's participation in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.

W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące roli i miejsca kobiet – żołnierzy w Siłach Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej po 1989 roku. Pracę rozpoczyna przedstawienie genezy i rozwiązań instytucjonalno – prawnych dotyczących zawodowej służby wojskowej kobiet w Polsce. W pierwszym rozdziale zawarte zostały uwarunkowania historyczne oraz obecny udział kobiet w zawodowej służbie wojskowej. W rozdziale drugim opisane zostały aspekty prawno – socjologiczne, dotyczące przede wszystkim motywacji kandydatek oraz wizerunku kobiet – żołnierzy w społeczeństwie. Rozdział trzeci opisuje kwestie obecności kobiet – żołnierzy w poszczególnych strukturach wojskowych, misjach stabilizacyjnych i pokojowych na arenie międzynarodowej oraz polskich uczelniach wojskowych. W czwartym, ostatnim rozdziale omówione zostały wyzwania i problemy partycypacji kobiet w Siłach Zbrojnych RP.
