Actions of the church asylum in terms of refugees social integration in Berlin - in the light of the reserch

My Bachelor thesis is about church asylum as a special form of protection for refugees in Germany in terms of social integration. Within the topic I have touched upon concepts of refugee and migrant, which are often misused in the public space. In my thesis I have also explained phenomenon of integration especially more broadly social integration and also the institution of church asylum. In the futher part I have introduced the of the ,,Asylum in the church" and description of the form of legal protection for refugees in Germany. One part of my Bachelor thesis was also mentioning the situation of the refugees in Germany including as referred to it in media ,,the immigration crisis". The most important part of my thesis was the analyzis of surrey carried out with employees, volunteers and clerics from the organization ,,Asylum in the Church". Hypothesis, which I have established was the assumption, weather the action of church asylum are the part of social integration.

Praca dotyczy tematyki azylu kościelnego jako specyficznej formy ochrony dla uchodźców w Niemczech w kontekście integracji społecznej. W obrębie tematu poruszone zostały pojęcia uchodźcy i migranta, które są często mylnie przedstawiane w dyskursie publicznym. W pracy zostały również wyjaśnione zjawisko integracji, w tym bardziej szczegółowo integracji społecznej a także instytucji azylu kościelnego. W dalszej części przedstawiona została historia azylu kościelnego, a także opis form ochrony prawnej dla uchodźców w Niemczech. Częścią pracy było także opisanie sytuacji uchodźców w Niemczech, w tym również omówienie zjawiska w kontekście określanego medialnie ,,kryzysu imigracyjnego". Najważniejszą częścią pracy była analiza badań przeprowadzonych z pracownikami, wolontariuszami i duchownymi organizacji ,,Azyl w Kościele". Hipotezą postawioną w pracy było stwierdzenie, czy działania azylu kościelnego zawiera się w integracji społecznej.
