Master's thesis is a study of selected issues in the field of management of organization on the example of artistic and ecological organization like Wolimierz Station. The aim of the work is to present the specificities of the network in which the organization is involved, outline the framework for creating a community around the organization and to demonstrate that the existence of such numerous initiatives undertaken under the aegis of Wolimierz Station is possible thanks to continuous communication with the environment and openness to the establishment of new relationships.Volatility within the organization's human resources and problems typical for third sector organizations stand in the way of full implementation of Wolimierz Station’s objectives and mission, but the cooperation community can contribute in dealing with adversities.To investigate the organization, methods such as autoethnography, interview, and non-participant observation were applied

Praca magisterska stanowi studium wybranych zagadnień z zakresu zarządzania organizacją na przykładzie organizacji artystyczno-ekologicznej jaką jest Stacja Wolimierz. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie specyfiki działania sieci, w które wplątana jest organizacja, nakreślenie ram tworzenia wspólnoty wokół organizacji oraz wykazanie, iż zaistnienie tak wielu inicjatyw, jakie są podejmowane pod egidą Stacji Wolimierz jest możliwe właśnie dzięki ciągłej łączności z otoczeniem i otwartością na nawiązywanie nowych relacji. Zmienność w obrębie zasobów ludzkich organizacji i problemy typowe dla organizacji trzeciego sektora stoją na drodze do pełnej realizacji celów i misji Stacji Wolimierz, niemniej istniejąca i rozwijana wspólnota współpracy może być przyczynkiem do ulepszenia procesów zarządzania.Do zbadania organizacji wykorzystano metody, takie jak: autoetnografia, wywiad, obserwacja nieuczestnicząca.
