Hejt w Internecie i prawne środki jego zwalczania

This thesis addresses issues related to hate on the Internet. Characterization of this phenomenon was made, possible reasons for its occurrence were determined and the language means are used by people using hate. In addition, two internet portals - pudelek.pl and interia.pl - were examined at work in terms of the number and nature of comments containing hate. There are also legal measures that can be applied in the event of a hate, which may lead to its minimization.

Niniejsza praca porusza problematykę związaną z hejtem w Internecie. Dokonano charakterystyki tego zjawiska, określono możliwe przyczyny jego występowania oraz wskazano jakie środki językowe są używane przez osoby stosujące hejt. Ponadto, w pracy zostały poddane badaniu dwa portale internetowe - pudelek.pl oraz interia.pl - pod kątem ilości oraz charakteru komentarzy zwierających hejt. Przedstawiono także środki prawne, które mogą zostać zastosowane w przypadku pojawienia się hejtu, co prowadzić może do jego zminimalizowania.
