The institution of complaints and requests

The subject of BA thesis: „The institution of complaints and requests” refers to the type of social control very popular in the Polish legal order, which is exercised over entities of public authority. In the following chapters of this thesis, the concepts of complaint and request are discussed, as well as entities that may submit a complaint and a request to the competent authority and entities having the obligation to settle the matter. In addition, the complaint proceedings were analyzed, including possible ways of resolving the complaint and its time limits, as well as the application proceedings, including the type of consideration of the application.

Temat pracy "Instytucja skarg i wniosków" odnosi się do bardzo popularnego w polskim porządku prawnym rodzaju kontroli społecznej, która jest sprawowana nad podmiotami władzy publicznej. W kolejnych rozdziałach pracy zostały omówione pojęcia skargi oraz wniosku, a także podmioty które mogą występować ze skargą i wnioskiem do właściwego organu oraz podmioty mające obowiązek załatwienia sprawy. Dodatkowo zostało przeanalizowane postępowanie skargowe łącznie ze sposobami rozstrzygnięcia skargi i terminami, jak i postępowanie wnioskowe, w tym również rodzaje rozpatrywania wniosku.
