Institutional guarantees of rights and freedoms of the individual in the Third Republic of Poland

Celem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie gwarancji ochrony praw i wolności jednostki w Polsce. Składa się ona z dwóch części. Pierwsza stanowi omówienie definicji podstawowych praw i wolności oraz ich problematykę i rodzaje. W drugiej części zostały omówione instytucje mające na celu ochronę konstytucyjnych praw i wolności jednostki oraz środki, za pomocą których może domagać się ich realizacji. Szczegółowo omówione zostały instytucje takie jak Trybunał Konstytucyjny, sądownictwo, Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich oraz Rzecznik Praw Dziecka.

The purpose of this thesis was to present a guarantee of protection of rights and freedoms of the individual in Poland. It contains two parts.The first is to discuss the definitions of fundamental rights and freedoms asa well as the issues and types associated with.The second part presents the institutions protecting constitutional rights and freedoms of the individual as well as means to guarantee to implementation. Institutions such as the Constitutional Court, the judiciary, the Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children were discussed in detail.
