Wpływ pasji na rozwój i funkcjonowanie teatru alternatywnego

Praca została oparta na badaniach przeprowadzonych w Teatrze Odwróconym w Krakowiew listopadzie i grudniu 2017 roku. Celem pracy jest pokazanie pasji jako czynnikadeterminującego funkcjonowanie i rozwój teatru alternatywnego. Głównym problemembadawczym pracy jest następujące pytanie: „Czy i w jakim stopniu pasja zarządzającychteatrami alternatywnymi przyczynia się do rozwoju teatru?”. W celu uzyskania odpowiedzi napowyższe pytanie przeprowadzono badania jakościowe opierające się na metodzie studiumprzypadku. Dodatkowo posiłkowano się informacjami pochodzącymi z literatury przedmiotu.Praca zawiera trzy rozdziały. w pierwszym z nich zostało przedstawiona charakterystyka i tłohistoryczne teatru alternatywnego oraz zagadnienia dotyczące zarządzania humanistycznego.Drugi rozdział pracy obejmuje zagadnienia metodologiczne. Trzeci rozdział pracy jestrozdziałem empirycznym, w który została przedstawiona analiza wyników badań.

The subject of the thesis entitled "Impact of passion on the development andoperation of alternative theater" is based on research carried out at the Odwrócony Theater inKrakow in November and December 2017. The aim of the work is to show passion asa determining factor in the functioning and development of alternative theater. The mainproblem of the research paper is the following question: "To what extent is the managers'passion contributing to the development of of alternative theaters?". In order to obtain an answerto the question mentioned above, qualitative research based on the case study method wascarried out. In addition, information from the subject literature was used. The work consists ofthree chapters. The first of them will present the characteristics and historical background ofalternative theater and issues related to the humanistic management. The second chapter of thework will covers methodological issues. The third part of the work is an empirical chapter inwhich the analysis of the research results will be presented.
