Rectification of judgments in administrative and court-administrative proceedings

This thesis is about rectification operations in administrative and court-administrative proceedings. In particular chapters, various rectification modes have been analyzed in the Code of Administrative Procedure of June 14, 1960 and the Act of August 30, 2002 - The law on proceedings in administrative courts. In addition, the thesis contains references to decisions of administrative courts in the matter of rectification.

Niniejsza praca dotyczy czynności rektyfikacji w postępowaniu administracyjnym i postępowaniu sądowoadministracyjnym. W poszczególnych rozdziałach zostały przeanalizowane różne tryby rektyfikacji występujące w Kodeksie postępowania administracyjnego z 14.06.1960 r. oraz ustawie z 30.08.2002 r. - Prawo o postępowaniu przed sądami administracyjnymi. Ponadto praca zawiera odwołania do orzeczeń sądów administracyjnych w temacie rektyfikacji.
