Wykorzystanie standardów jakości w ochronie zdrowia na przykładzie wybranej placówki

Celem pracy magisterskiej jest zbadanie możliwości wykorzystania standardów jakości w ochronie zdrowia na przykładzie wybranej placówki. Przedstawione w pracy standardy dotyczą certyfikacji systemu zarządzania jakością zgodnego z normą ISO 9001:2015 oraz programu akredytacji szpitali Centrum Monitorowania Jakości. Badania dotyczyły oceny dokumentacji akredytacyjnej szpitala oraz wprowadzonych procedur związanych z procesem akredytacyjnym. Placówka medyczna wybrana do badań to Centrum Zdrowia Tuchów Sp. z o.o.. Przeprowadzone badania pokazały, że placówka szpitalna w sposób dokładny wprowadza wymagane przez Centrum Monitorowania Jakości procedury, co ma wpływ na jakość świadczonych przez nią usług.

The aim of the master thesis is to study the possibility of use the quality standards in Health Service, based on the example of a chosen institution. Standards presented in the work concentrate on the certification of a quality management system, compliant with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the accreditation program for hospitals, created by the Quality Monitoring Centre. The research focuses on the assessment of accreditation documentation of hospital and procedures related to the accreditation process. The medical institution chosen for the examination is Centrum Zdrowia Tuchów Sp. z o.o. The study has shown that the hospital precisely introduces the procedures required by the Quality Monitoring Centre which has an impact on the quality of services provided by them.
