W niniejszej pracy autorka przybliża czytelnikowi historię Międzynarodowego Trybunału Karnego, okoliczności jego powstania, strukturę organizacyjną oraz zakres jurysdykcji, skupiając się następnie szczegółowo na konstytucyjnych aspektach procesu ratyfikacji Statutu Rzymskiego i inkorporacji jego przepisów do polskiego porządku prawnego.
In the first part of the thesis, the author presents brief history of the creation of the International Criminal Court as well as its organizational structure and jurisdiction. The second part focuses on the ratification process of the Rome Statute, its legal aspects and constitutional problems of its incorporation into the Polish legal order.
