"Other" in culture. Possibilities and barriers to participation in the culture of blind people

Temat niniejszej pracy dotyczy potrzeb, możliwości oraz barier uczestnictwa w kulturze młodzieży z niepełnosprawnością, w tym wzrokową. Temat ten wybrałam, gdyż w przyszłości chciałabym z takimi ludźmi pracować i pomagać im przezwyciężać ich problemy, jak też starać się dawać radość w życiu, które z powodu niepełnosprawności zostało im znacznie utrudnione.Badałam tutaj członków PZN bo chciałam się dowiedzieć jak rozumieją ten termin, jakie mają możliwości jeżeli chodzi o uczestnictwo oraz czy występują bariery, które uniemożliwiają im dostęp do świata kultury.

The subject of this thesis concerns the needs, possibilities and barriers of participation in the culture of young people with disabilities, including people with visual disabilities. I chose this topic becaise in the future I would like to work with such people and help them overcome their problems, as well as try to give happiness in life, which due to disilabilities sigificantly impeded to them. I analyzed PZN members because I wanted to know how they undestand the term and what opportiunities they have in terms of participation in the culture and whether there are barriers that prevent them from accessing the worl of culture.
