Regulatory instruments in Act on Freedom of Business Activity and their impact on the companys entry into the market.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej są instrumenty reglamentacyjne – koncesje, zezwolenia i działalność regulowana. Poddanie ich analizie w poszczególnych rozdziałach pozwala na dotarcie do głównego celu pracy, czyli wpływu, jaki zastosowanie przez państwo instrumentów reglamentacyjnych wywiera na proces wejścia przedsiębiorstwa na rynek. Praca składa się z trzech części, a każda część z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwsza część ma charakter wprowadzający, skupia się na aspekcie kryteriów efektywności ekonomicznej oraz na historycznej genezie instrumentów reglamentacyjnych. Kolejna część poświęcona jest prezentacji pojęć związanych przedmiotowo z tematem pracy oraz charakterystyce poszczególnych instrumentów reglamentacyjnych. Część ostatnia stanowi próbę analizy skutków, jakie przynoszą gospodarce rynkowej omówione instrumenty reglamentacyjne. Podjęte są tu również rozważania na temat pozytywnych i negatywnych stron wpływu współczesnej reglamentacji na wejście przedsiębiorstwa na rynek, co stanowi główny cel całej pracy. Trzecia część to także próba dotarcia do finalnej oceny słuszności funkcjonowania obecnego modelu reglamentacji w Polsce.

The subject of this Bachelor's Thesis are regulatory instruments - concessions, permits and regulated activities. Analyzing them in individual chapters allows us to reach the main objective of the work, i.e. the impact that the state's regulatory instruments apply to the process of entering an enterprise on the market. The work consists of three parts, and each part of the three chapters. The first part is of an introductory nature, it focuses on the aspect of economic effectiveness criteria and on the historical genesis of regulatory instruments. The next part is devoted to the presentation of concepts related to the subject of the work and the characteristics of individual rationing instruments. The last part is an attempt to analyze the effects of the discussed regulatory instruments on the market economy. Also taken into consideration are the positive and negative aspects of the impact of modern regulation on the entry of the enterprise into the market, which is the main goal of the entire work. The third part is also an attempt to reach the final assessment of the validity of the functioning of the current regression model in Poland.
