Motivation members of student organisations on the example of the All In UJ Association and the European Student Forum AEGEE-Krakow

This dissertation is about motivation of members of the students’ associations and factors influencing their level of involvement. In the beginning it is defined what an organisation and a management of human resources are. In the next part of this dissertation are presented the results of the surveys, their analysis and conclusion. Surveys were conducted in two of Cracow students’ organisations. One of them is association All In UJ and the other is European Students’ Forum AEGEE-Kraków. During the survey, students filled the questionnaire. The conclusion was based on their answers. The most important factors influencing motivation of members of students’ organisations are well-prepared recrutation and creating good working conditions. Thanks to them, organisations can work more effectively and achieve their goals.

Praca poświęcona została zagadnieniu motywowania członków organizacji studenckich i czynników wpływających na ich zaangażowanie. Zaczynając od zdefiniowania takich pojęć jak organizacja, jej typy oraz zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi, w dalszej części pracy przedstawione zostały wyniki, analiza i ocena badań przeprowadzonych wśród dwóch krakowskich organizacji studenckich. Pierwszą z nich jest stowarzyszenie All In UJ, a drugą Europejskie Forum Studenckie AEGEE-Kraków. Podczas badań przeprowadzone zostały ankiety, z których zostały wysunięte wnioski. Wśród organizacji studenckich kluczowymi kwestiami w zakresie motywowania ich członków jest odpowiednio przeprowadzona rekrutacja oraz stworzenie odpowiednich warunków do działania w nich. Dzięki temu może działać ona sprawniej, realizując swoje cele.
