Kultura organizacyjna a realizacja celów organizacji pozarządowej

Celem pracy jest analiza kultury organizacyjnej w jednostce pozarządowej oraz jej wpływ na realizację celów Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej . Praca zawiera omówienie organizacji pozarządowej oraz szczegółową analizę kultury organizacyjnej Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły stworzyć zarys kultury panującej w badanej jednostce oraz jej wpływu na realizację celów badanej organizacji. Badania pozwoliły na wskazanie kierunków usprawnień kultury organizacyjnej tak, aby jeszcze lepiej wypełniać cele do których organizacja została powołana.

The aim of the work is to analyze the organizational culture in a non-governmental unit and its impact on the implementation of the Volunteer Fire Brigade's goals. The work includes a discussion of a non-governmental organization and a detailed analysis of the organizational culture of the Volunteer Fire Brigade. The obtained results allowed to create an outline of the culture prevailing in the unit under study and its impact on the implementation of the objectives of the studied organization. The research allowed to indicate the directions of improvements in the organizational culture in order to better fulfill the goals for which the organization was established.
