Fundusze unijne jako źródło finansowania innowacji MSP

The purpose of this article is to present the European Union funds as a source of financing innovation of small and medium enterprises. This work contains the general issues connected with sector small and medium enterprises (SME) in the context of the ability to implement innovational solutions. There is description of structural and investment funds, which are included in the recent financial perspective for the period 2014-2020. Then the analysis of expenditure funds from UE allocated in Poland was made. All of this information was essential to estimate European Union funds impact for growth innovation in polish sector of small and medium enterprises.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest charakterystyka funduszy unijnych jako źródła finansowania innowacji małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Uwzględniono zagadnienia ogólne, dotyczące sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MSP) w kontekście zdolności do wdrażania innowacyjnych rozwiązań. Opisane zostały również fundusze strukturalne i inwestycyjne, którymi dysponuje budżet Unii Europejskiej w obecnej perspektywie finansowej, tj. na lata 2014-2020. Następnie dokonano analizy struktury wydatkowania funduszy przez Polskę i alokacji środków na poszczególne wojewódzkie programy operacyjne. Zebranie wszystkich tych informacji stało się podstawą do dokonania oceny funduszy unijnych w rozwoju innowacyjności sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw.
